Ryan Frost receiving his latest win from referee Mr Norfolk
Colchester Amateur Boxing Club’s “Ice Man” Ryan Frost was in action again last Saturday 11th June at the Five Lakes Hotel and Country Club in Maldon. The show hosted by Billericay ABC, featured boxers from all over the UK and Ireland and gave Ryan the opportunity to face an opponent from a little further a field than usual. Ryan’s opponent was undefeated Yorkshire-man Danny Pickup from the White Rose Amateur Boxing Club in Wakefield.
